A twenty-seven year veteran of the restaurant industry, my passion has always been about people. I believe that exceptional leaders are developed by cultivating individual talent, enabling empowerment, strengthening knowledge, and building a strong culture of accountability.
I represent a philosophy of leadership based on principles. Integrity, respect, fairness, performance and the drive towards continuous improvement are some of my most cherished values.
My strengths include both the implementation and creation of high level initiatives. I have a proven track record of results showing measurable growth through process re-engineering and turn around management. All of which has been done, with an emphasis on consistency and strengthening accountability within the organization. As a visionary, strategist and tactician, I possess the skill and drive necessary for high level leadership.
